This property, overlooking the picturesque village of Benitachell, is conveniently situated just ten minutes drive, from the popular resort towns of Moraira and Javea. It has superb views over the valley, to the Sierra Bernia mountains beyond.

The entrance is via an electrically operated gate, with private parking. On the lower level, are the bedrooms, kept cooler for the summer. All bedrooms have new, large ceiling fans & spacious wardrobes. There is a master suite, with king bed, and lovely en suite shower room, and two double bedrooms, with double beds . There is also a large family bathroom, with large, walk in shower. Bed linen, bath and beach towels are supplied.

Upstairs on the main level, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, taking advantage of the stunning views and allowing access through glass doors, to a glazed terrace, providing superb views. Great for taking in amazing sunsets. The living area is nicely furnished, has satellite tv and wi-fi via fibre, with a cloakroom off the lounge.

Leading out from the bedrooms, there is an enclosed pool area, with sun loungers, dining table, chairs and sun awning. There is also a portable bbq and hot/cold shower poolside. Adjacent to the pool terrace is a storage room, with washing machine and dryer. In the sunken garden, there is a very attractive petanque court !

Javea golf course is just a few minutes drive away, with a number of other courses within 30 minutes drive. There are also a couple of tennis courts and a covered, heated pool a short walk away. Horse riding, scuba diving and hill walking facilities are also available nearby, not forgetting the great beaches!
