Buena Vista, is a beautiful modern villa, with private pool, suitable for up to 6 guests. overlooking the picturesque village of Benitachell. It’s conveniently situated just ten minutes drive, from the popular resort towns of Moraira and Javea. It has superb views over the valley, to the Sierra Bernia mountains beyond and sea views to Javea bay, in the distance.

On the main level, there is an open plan living room and kitchen area, taking advantage of the stunning views and allowing access through glass doors to the pool area. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine installed. The living area is nicely furnished, complete with air conditioning and fibre internet connection. There is a toilet/cloakroom off the lounge. To the front, there is a lovely balcony, providing superb views. Great for taking in amazing sunsets !

The villa has modern fitments; with air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge. Private pool, barbecue area and hot/cold poolside shower outside. It also features a remotely operated entrance gate and garage door, with good storage in the garage. In addition to the private pool, clients can enjoy use of an adjacent 11 x 5 metre pool, along with a child’s paddling pool. All double size bedrooms, with wardrobes. Master bedroom, with walk in, en suite shower. The other two bedrooms, share a family bathroom, with his/hers sinks, bath with shower over and bidet. Two bedrooms have large double beds, with excellent foam mattresses, along with a twin bedded room and the option of a folding bed or child’s cot.

Javea golf course is just a few minutes drive away, with a number of other courses within 30 minutes drive. There are also a couple of tennis courts and a covered, heated pool a short walk away. Horse riding, scuba diving and hill walking facilities are also available nearby, not forgetting the great beaches!
