Madrid to Alicante AVE train service

Great news, for travel, to the Costa Blanca !

The new,  AVE high-speed train, could attract more than a million tourists a year to the Costa Blanca, as average journey times drop below the two and a half hour mark, between Madrid and Alicante.

Having recently used the Valencia to Madrid service, which took an hour and forty minutes, I can vouch for the excellent service at very reasonable rates.
